Service Charges

Our fees are completely transparent we charge a £400 set up fee which includes: Professional photography, floorplan and video tour, welcome pack, initial inspection, and fire risk assessment. This fee also includes advertising across all booking channels, booking of all legal certificates and a photographic inventory.

15% monthly management fee.

Please note cleaning charges are additional fees and will be quoted specifically for your property. Cleaning packs, welcome packs and gift baskets can also be provided at an additional cost.
