Yorcation was born from the simple belief that holiday lettings should be proactively managed - from advertising to booking generation, guest liaison and property management.
Unbelievably this is not the industry standard. Reactive management is commonplace with issues dealt with as they arise and little thought to the end-to-end experience for guests.
Here at Yorcation, we are determined to turn the industry on its head. We welcome everything from individual properties to large scale new build developments and everything in between. Your property does not have to boast modern interior design as guests will prefer a variety of furnishings and styles.
Honest & Innovative
Michelle Bailey is the spearhead and creator of Yorcation, with 18 years property industry experience combined across holiday letting and residential letting.
This experience in the industry has provided her with a unique objective approach to property management and income generation strategy – which we are proud to not only use to enhance the platform but also to share with property owners across our portfolio.
The industry should be centred around proactive strategy in order to increase bookings, repeat customers, and exceptional reviews. When it became apparent that this was not commonplace, the idea of Yorcation was born.
